Robert was the installer and he was here at least 10 hours. He did not take a break that I could see. He pretty much cleaned up the work areas mostly the bathroom. He apologized for breaking one of the bathroom tiles when removing the tub. We are pleased with our new shower but have not used it yet. He said not to for 24 hours.

Mark sold me on the product and service after a great presentation with all materials on hand for me to choose from. The BP estimate was very reasonable and within my budget. Mike's final measurements for the project were perfect. I can't say enough good things about the install crew of Darryl and Bill...they were great! Ive never seen two guy work harder. They are a great team and work very efficiently and effectively together. They answered all my questions as they worked, and really made sure all the details were addressed and handled. The showed up on time, ready to go each morning and were careful as they carried matierals in and out of the house. They cleaned up at the end of the first day and left my house cleaned up after the job was done.

The wife and I have been looking to remodel our main bathroom wet area for the last couple of years. We brought in numerous companies to sell their goods. What I really liked about the salesman that came by to quote us, he was down to earth and had my wants and needs in mind as soon as he walked in the door. He explained that working with a dealer is more valuable than working with a general contractor and /or franchise. I did enough leg work on my own before he came in, so when he explained things to me, it wasn’t something I didn’t know about. He made us feel like we were the only ones that he was working with at the time, and not trying to cram things down our throats and bug you to make the decision now. I hope that the finished product will be as good as the front work that he had to do to get my business.

I would highly recommend Bath Planet of Denver for any bathroom remodeling. We needed to replace our existing shower, which had seen better days. From the initial meeting with Mark E. (who was very helpful), till the final installation of the custom glass, the process went smoothly and as promised. The install guys did a great job and also cleaned up everything when they were done. I also appreciate that the glass was specially sealed so that keeping it looking like new isn't a problem. Our new shower looks fantastic. So glad we found out about this company!
